Welcome to Renas Academy.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Renas Academy website, applications, courses, bootcamps, workshops, educational programs, career services, events, learning platforms, digital materials, communications, and other services provided by Renas Academy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website, submitting an application, registering for an event, purchasing a course, enrolling in a program, or using any Renas Academy service.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, creating an account, enrolling in a program, making a payment, attending a class, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

Where applicable law gives you rights that cannot legally be limited or waived by contract, those rights continue to apply regardless of anything contained in these Terms.

Programs and services may change over time.

The availability of a particular program does not guarantee that the program will always be offered.

2. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and Renas Academy regarding your use of the Renas Academy website and services.

Additional terms may apply to a particular program, service, event, financing arrangement, payment plan, scholarship, promotion, or enrollment. For example, you may receive:

  • An enrollment agreement
  • Program-specific terms
  • A payment agreement
  • A refund policy
  • A student handbook
  • An academic integrity policy
  • A code of conduct
  • A career-services policy
  • An attendance policy
  • A financing agreement
  • An accessibility or accommodation policy

Those documents may form part of your agreement with Renas Academy.

If a program-specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the program-specific agreement will generally govern the specific matter addressed by that agreement, subject always to applicable law.

Where mandatory legislation or regulations apply to a particular program or transaction, those legal requirements take priority over any inconsistent provision of these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement to use services that involve a contractual commitment.

Some Renas Academy programs may have minimum age, education, language, technical, experience, equipment, or other eligibility requirements. Eligibility requirements may vary by program.

Submitting an application does not guarantee eligibility or admission.

If you are under the age of majority in your province or territory, a parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent or enter into an agreement on your behalf where appropriate.

4. Applications

You may be required to complete an application before enrolling in certain Renas Academy programs. An application may request information about your:

  • Contact details
  • Location
  • Educational background
  • Employment experience
  • Technical experience
  • Career goals
  • Program preferences
  • Availability
  • Desired start date
  • Learning goals
  • Previous training
  • Professional profile
  • Portfolio
  • LinkedIn profile
  • GitHub profile
  • Other relevant background information

You agree that information submitted through an application will be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Providing false, misleading, fraudulent, or materially incomplete information may result in an application being rejected or an enrollment being cancelled, where permitted by applicable law.

5. Application Review

Renas Academy may review applications to understand whether a prospective student’s interests, availability, experience, goals, and expectations align with a particular program. Application review may include:

  • Reviewing application responses
  • Contacting an applicant
  • Scheduling an admissions conversation
  • Conducting an interview
  • Requesting additional information
  • Discussing program expectations
  • Assessing technical readiness
  • Discussing financial arrangements
  • Recommending another program

Renas Academy may determine that another program is more appropriate for an applicant.

Admission decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law and applicable program requirements.

6. Admission Is Not Guaranteed

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission into a Renas Academy program.

Receiving information from an Admissions Advisor does not guarantee admission. Being invited to an interview does not guarantee admission.

A place in a program is generally not confirmed until applicable enrollment requirements have been completed. These requirements may include acceptance by Renas Academy, completion of required documentation, acceptance of applicable enrollment terms, and payment arrangements.

7. Program Availability

Programs may be offered:

  • Online
  • Live online
  • Self-paced
  • Instructor-led
  • Full time
  • Part time
  • During evenings
  • During weekends

Not every format will be available for every program.

Program availability may depend on student demand, instructor availability, scheduling, capacity, technical requirements, and operational considerations.

8. Program Dates

Program dates displayed on the Renas Academy website are intended to provide prospective students with scheduling information. Dates may occasionally need to change.

Where reasonably possible, Renas Academy will notify affected students of material scheduling changes. Changes may include adjustments to:

  • Program start dates
  • Program end dates
  • Class times
  • Instructor assignments
  • Workshop dates
  • Holiday schedules
  • Career sessions
  • Project deadlines
  • Special events

Where a change materially affects a student’s contractual rights, applicable law and any program-specific agreement will govern.

9. Program Curriculum

Technology evolves rapidly. For this reason, Renas Academy may update course content in order to keep programs relevant. Curriculum changes may include:

  • Adding technologies
  • Removing outdated technologies
  • Replacing software tools
  • Updating libraries or frameworks
  • Updating assignments
  • Revising projects
  • Changing teaching order
  • Updating examples
  • Updating learning resources
  • Introducing new AI tools
  • Updating interview preparation materials

A curriculum description displayed on the website is therefore intended to describe the general nature of a program and may not represent every individual lesson or activity.

Material changes will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable contractual and legal obligations.

10. Technology Changes

Technology courses may rely on software, frameworks, APIs, cloud services, browsers, programming languages, third-party platforms, or other tools that may change independently of Renas Academy. For example, a software provider may:

  • Release a new version
  • Discontinue a product
  • Change pricing
  • Change functionality
  • Change its API
  • Change licensing requirements
  • Remove a feature
  • Introduce a replacement product

Where appropriate, Renas Academy may modify instructional materials or substitute another tool.

11. Tuition and Fees

Program tuition and applicable fees will be communicated before enrollment. Fees may vary between programs. Where applicable, pricing information may identify:

  • Tuition
  • Registration fees
  • Taxes
  • Deposits
  • Materials
  • Third-party software costs
  • Certification examination fees
  • Optional services
  • Financing costs
  • Installment amounts

Students are responsible for reviewing applicable pricing before committing to a program.

No fee will override refund, disclosure, cancellation, or other rights provided by mandatory applicable law.

12. Taxes

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes will be disclosed or calculated as required.

Tax treatment may vary depending on the service, transaction, and jurisdiction.

13. Payment

Students must make payments according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment. Available payment methods may include:

  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • Electronic transfer
  • Bank transfer
  • Third-party payment provider
  • Installment plan
  • Employer sponsorship
  • Approved third-party financing
  • Other methods made available by Renas Academy

Payment availability may vary.

14. Payment Plans

Renas Academy may offer installment payment options for certain programs. Payment plans are not necessarily available for every program or applicant.

If a payment plan is offered, the payment schedule will be communicated separately. Students remain responsible for paying amounts owing according to their agreement.

Missing an installment may affect continued access to services, subject to applicable law and any applicable enrollment agreement.

15. Third-Party Financing

Renas Academy may provide information about financing companies or other third-party payment services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a financing provider is an independent organization. That provider may conduct its own:

  • Eligibility assessment
  • Credit assessment
  • Identity verification
  • Approval process
  • Payment collection
  • Financing administration

Renas Academy does not control an independent provider’s approval decisions. A student’s obligations under a separate financing agreement may be governed by that provider’s terms.

Where applicable consumer legislation connects financing arrangements with the underlying purchase, mandatory statutory rights will continue to apply.

16. Employer-Sponsored Training

An employer may pay for an employee’s participation in a Renas Academy program. In such situations, additional terms may apply between Renas Academy and the employer.

Unless otherwise agreed, the student’s educational and conduct responsibilities continue to apply even where another organization pays the tuition.

Information provided to sponsoring employers will be handled in accordance with applicable agreements, privacy obligations, and law.

17. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • The applicable program
  • The relevant enrollment agreement
  • The timing of withdrawal
  • Whether the program has started
  • Services already delivered
  • Applicable promotions
  • Applicable legislation
  • Other circumstances affecting the transaction

Any Renas Academy refund policy must be read together with mandatory rights available under applicable consumer, education, or other legislation.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right that cannot legally be waived.

18. Student Withdrawal

If you want to withdraw from a program, you should notify Renas Academy in writing. Your notice should clearly identify:

  • Your name
  • Your program
  • Your cohort, where applicable
  • Your intention to withdraw

The effective withdrawal date may affect financial or academic consequences.

Any applicable refund will be determined according to the governing enrollment agreement, applicable refund policy, and applicable law.

Simply stopping attendance may not automatically constitute formal withdrawal.

19. Course Transfers

Renas Academy may permit students to request a transfer between cohorts or programs. Transfers are not automatically guaranteed. A transfer may depend on:

  • Available space
  • Program compatibility
  • Curriculum differences
  • Student progress
  • Timing
  • Instructor availability
  • Tuition differences
  • Administrative requirements

Additional fees or tuition adjustments may apply where legally permitted and disclosed.

20. Deferrals

Students may request to defer their enrollment to a future cohort where deferrals are available. Approval may depend on circumstances including:

  • Availability
  • Timing
  • Program changes
  • Student progress
  • Class capacity
  • Instructor availability

A deferral is not guaranteed unless specifically provided for by an applicable agreement or legal requirement.

21. Course Cancellation by Renas Academy

Renas Academy may occasionally need to cancel, postpone, combine, or reschedule a course or cohort because of circumstances such as:

  • Insufficient enrollment
  • Instructor unavailability
  • Technical issues
  • Emergencies
  • Public-health issues
  • Facility issues
  • Platform outages
  • Government requirements
  • Events beyond reasonable control

If Renas Academy cancels a program, affected students will receive the remedies required by their applicable agreement and by law.

Depending on the circumstances, options may include transfer, rescheduling, credit, or refund where appropriate.

22. Attendance

Students are expected to attend scheduled classes and participate actively. Technology bootcamps can be intensive.

Regular attendance may be important to successfully complete:

  • Lessons
  • Labs
  • Projects

However, Renas Academy does not guarantee that every missed class can be repeated individually.

Private make-up instruction is not automatically included unless specifically stated.

24. Class Recordings

Certain classes, workshops, webinars, presentations, or events may be recorded. When recording occurs, appropriate notice will be provided where required. Recordings may contain:

  • Instructor video
  • Instructor audio
  • Screen sharing
  • Class discussions
  • Questions
  • Chat messages
  • Student participation

Students should avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information during recorded sessions.

Use of recordings is subject to Renas Academy’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these materials are provided for the enrolled student’s personal educational use.

26. Intellectual Property

Renas Academy or its licensors retain their rights in proprietary materials provided through Renas Academy services. You may not, without authorization:

  • Sell course materials
  • Republish course materials
  • Upload paid course materials publicly
  • Share account access
  • Redistribute recordings
  • Copy an entire course for commercial use
  • Reproduce proprietary curriculum for another training provider
  • Create competing course products primarily by copying Renas Academy content
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices

Reasonable personal study use is permitted.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a student from using the general knowledge and skills they learn.

27. Student Projects

Students generally retain ownership of original work they create themselves, subject to any rights belonging to third parties or materials incorporated into a project. Examples may include:

  • Personal portfolio projects
  • Student-written source code
  • Dashboards
  • Data-analysis projects
  • Test automation projects
  • Websites
  • Applications

Students are responsible for ensuring that projects do not improperly contain:

  • Confidential employer information
  • Copyrighted materials used without permission
  • Proprietary source code
  • Personal information belonging to others
  • Trade secrets
  • Stolen source code
  • Exposed passwords
  • API keys
  • Authentication tokens

28. Portfolio Use

Students may wish to show course projects to employers.

Where a project includes Renas Academy proprietary materials, confidential information, another student’s work, or restricted third-party material, students must respect applicable restrictions.

Students should remove passwords, secrets, private API credentials, real customer data, personal information, and confidential information before publishing a project publicly.

29. GitHub and Public Repositories

Technology courses may involve GitHub or similar source-code platforms. You are responsible for reviewing repositories before making them public.

Never intentionally upload sensitive credentials such as:

  • Passwords
  • API keys
  • Private access tokens
  • Database passwords
  • Cloud credentials
  • Private certificates
  • Personal financial information
  • Employer confidential information

Renas Academy is not responsible for information that a student independently chooses to publish publicly.

30. Academic Integrity

Students are expected to complete academic work honestly. Prohibited conduct may include:

  • Presenting someone else’s work as your own
  • Copying another student’s project without authorization
  • Purchasing assignments
  • Submitting stolen source code
  • Falsifying project results
  • Falsifying attendance
  • Cheating on assessments
  • Misrepresenting experience
  • Circumventing assessment requirements

Students may collaborate where collaboration is permitted.

The purpose of academic integrity requirements is not to prevent students from learning together, but to ensure that submitted work accurately reflects their participation and skills.

31. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Renas Academy recognizes that AI tools are becoming part of modern technology work. Students may be encouraged to learn how to use AI tools responsibly.

Depending on the assignment, AI tools may be:

  • Allowed
  • Encouraged
  • Restricted
  • Required to be disclosed
  • Prohibited for a specific assessment

Students must follow instructions provided by their instructor.

Using AI to support learning does not eliminate the student’s responsibility to understand the work submitted.

32. AI-Generated Code

AI-generated source code may contain:

  • Errors
  • Security vulnerabilities
  • Incorrect assumptions
  • Outdated APIs
  • Licensing issues
  • Hallucinated functions
  • Inefficient solutions

Students are responsible for reviewing and testing code they submit or deploy.

Students should not assume that code is correct merely because an AI system generated it.

33. Confidential Information and AI

Students should not enter confidential information into public or unauthorized AI tools. This includes:

  • Employer source code
  • Customer information
  • Banking information
  • Health information
  • Proprietary documents

  • Learning management
  • Cloud computing

  • Career support

Users may need to create accounts with certain third parties. Their use of those platforms may also be governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policy.

35. Software Licences

Students are responsible for complying with licences governing software used during a course. Some tools may offer:

  • Free versions
  • Student licences
  • Trials
  • Open-source versions
  • Paid subscriptions

Renas Academy does not guarantee that a third-party service will remain free after a course ends.

36. Computer Requirements

Students are responsible for having appropriate equipment unless Renas Academy specifically agrees to provide it. A program may require:

  • A laptop or desktop computer
  • Internet access
  • Webcam
  • Microphone
  • Administrative access to the device
  • Minimum memory
  • Available disk space
  • Compatible operating system
  • Specific software

Program requirements may vary. Students should review technical requirements before enrollment.

37. Internet Access

Students participating online are responsible for maintaining reliable internet access. Renas Academy is not responsible for a student’s personal:

  • Internet outage
  • Wi-Fi failure
  • Computer malfunction
  • Power interruption
  • Device damage
  • Local network issue

We will make reasonable efforts to support students where possible, but individual technical issues do not necessarily create an entitlement to a refund.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

38. Accounts and Passwords

If you receive access to a Renas Academy account, platform, portal, or private community, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must not knowingly:

  • Share your password
  • Allow unauthorized users to attend a paid course using your account

You should notify Renas Academy promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Educational demonstrations must only be used in lawful environments where the student has authorization.

Knowledge gained through Renas Academy must not be used to access or attack systems without permission. Students remain responsible for complying with applicable law.

46. No Employment Guarantee

Education can improve skills, but many factors outside Renas Academy’s control affect employment outcomes. Renas Academy does not guarantee that a student will:

  • Receive a job offer
  • Receive an interview
  • Be hired by a specific company
  • Obtain a specific job title
  • Earn a specific salary
  • Find employment within a specific period
  • Be promoted
  • Change careers successfully

Employment outcomes can depend on factors including experience, effort, portfolio quality, interview performance, location, work authorization, communication skills, market conditions, employer decisions, and other circumstances.

Any specific written employment-related commitment made under a separate valid agreement will be governed by that agreement and applicable law.

47. Salary Information

Salary ranges discussed in educational or career content are informational unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual compensation can vary significantly based on:

  • Location
  • Experience
  • Company
  • Industry
  • Skills
  • Role
  • Seniority
  • Economic conditions
  • Negotiation
  • Employment type

Salary examples should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.

48. Employment Statistics

If Renas Academy publishes employment, graduation, student-outcome, salary, or success statistics, we aim to present such information accurately and with appropriate context.

Methodology, sample size, time period, eligibility definitions, and other relevant information may affect how statistics should be interpreted.

No general statistic guarantees an individual student’s outcome.

49. Employer Relationships

Renas Academy may build relationships with technology companies, recruiting firms, hiring managers, employers, community organizations, and industry professionals.

Such relationships may create networking or educational opportunities. They do not guarantee that an employer will interview or hire a student.

50. References

Renas Academy may, at its discretion and where appropriate, provide confirmation of program participation or completion.

We do not guarantee that instructors, employees, mentors, or contractors will provide personal employment references.

51. Certificates

Students who satisfy applicable completion requirements may receive a certificate of completion.

A Renas Academy certificate generally indicates completion of the relevant Renas Academy educational program.

Unless specifically authorized by an external professional or regulatory body, a Renas Academy certificate should not be represented as:

  • A university degree
  • A college diploma
  • A government licence
  • A regulated professional designation
  • An external industry certification

Students are responsible for representing credentials accurately.

52. Completion Requirements

Completion requirements may vary by program. They may include:

  • Capstone work
  • Academic integrity

Renas Academy provides education, training, and professional development. Information presented in courses should not automatically be interpreted as:

  • Legal advice
  • Investment advice
  • Accounting advice
  • Tax advice
  • Medical advice
  • Immigration advice

Where a course discusses a regulated field, students should obtain appropriate professional advice for decisions requiring such advice.

54. Website Information

We aim to keep website information accurate and useful. However, website content may occasionally contain:

  • Typographical errors
  • Outdated information
  • Broken links
  • Technical inaccuracies
  • Pricing errors

If there is an obvious error, we may correct it.

Where a correction affects a contractual commitment already made, applicable consumer law and contract law will govern.

55. Blog Content

Articles, guides, videos, tutorials, interviews, and other free educational content published by Renas Academy are intended primarily for educational and informational purposes.

Technology changes quickly. An article may become outdated after a software update, a framework release, a legal change, a market change, or a product change.

Users should verify important information before relying on it for significant decisions.

57. Third-Party Services

Third-party products and services may be governed by separate agreements. Renas Academy is not responsible for changes independently made by third-party service providers to their:

  • Pricing
  • Availability
  • Terms
  • Features
  • Privacy practices
  • Account requirements
  • Technical specifications

58. Events and Guest Speakers

Renas Academy may invite external professionals to participate in webinars, workshops, panels, mentoring, networking, career sessions, and guest lectures.

The personal opinions of a guest speaker are their own and do not necessarily represent Renas Academy.

Participation by a guest speaker does not create an employment or business relationship between that speaker and students.

59. Promotions

Renas Academy may offer discounts, scholarships, promotional pricing, referral benefits, early enrollment offers, and limited-time offers.

Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements and deadlines. Unless otherwise stated, promotions generally cannot be combined.

Applicable legal requirements will prevail over promotional terms.

60. Scholarships

If scholarships are offered, eligibility requirements will be communicated separately. Applying for a scholarship does not guarantee that one will be awarded.

Scholarships may:

  • Cover part of tuition
  • Have limited availability
  • Apply only to certain programs
  • Require application by a deadline
  • Have eligibility conditions

Any scholarship terms will be subject to applicable law.

61. Referral Programs

Renas Academy may operate referral programs. Referral rewards, if any, may be subject to separate terms.

Referral participants must not make false or misleading statements about Renas Academy, its programs, prices, employment outcomes, or services.

62. Testimonials

Student testimonials describe individual experiences. A testimonial does not guarantee that another student will have the same experience or outcome.

Where identifiable testimonials are used, their collection and publication will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information concerning collection and use of personal information, service providers, cookies, analytics, communications, data retention, privacy rights, security, and international processing.

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Hosting issues
  • Internet outages
  • Cybersecurity events
  • Software failures
  • Third-party service disruptions

Temporary website unavailability does not automatically create a right to compensation. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

69. Security

You must not attempt to interfere with Renas Academy systems. Prohibited activity includes:

  • Unauthorized vulnerability scanning
  • Unauthorized penetration testing
  • Account takeover attempts
  • Credential stuffing
  • Malware distribution
  • Denial-of-service attacks
  • Database intrusion
  • Bypassing access restrictions

Good-faith security concerns should be reported to Renas Academy rather than exploited.

70. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Renas Academy services are provided subject to the terms expressly stated in applicable agreements. We do not promise that:

  • Every student will achieve the same result
  • Every technology covered will remain current indefinitely
  • Every third-party service will remain available
  • Every website function will operate without interruption
  • Every student will obtain employment

Nothing in this section excludes warranties, conditions, representations, guarantees, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

71. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Renas Academy will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances beyond the reasonable scope of its contractual obligations.

This provision does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability for matters that applicable law prohibits a business from excluding.

Any limitation of liability will be interpreted narrowly enough to comply with applicable consumer and other mandatory legislation.

72. Student Responsibility

Your results from educational programs depend in part on your own participation. Students are responsible for:

  • Attending
  • Studying
  • Practising
  • Completing work
  • Asking questions
  • Building projects
  • Preparing for interviews
  • Applying for opportunities
  • Maintaining professional conduct

Renas Academy provides education and support but cannot perform these activities on a student’s behalf.

73. Decisions Based on Course Information

Students are responsible for evaluating how they use general educational information learned through Renas Academy.

Where a decision could involve significant financial, legal, medical, tax, immigration, cybersecurity, employment, or other regulated consequences, students should seek appropriate qualified professional advice where necessary.

  • Fire
  • Flooding
  • Public-health emergencies
  • Government orders
  • Labour disruptions
  • Widespread internet outages
  • Major cloud-provider failures

  • Transportation disruptions

Where such events affect service delivery, Renas Academy will make reasonable efforts to respond appropriately.

Nothing in this section eliminates any statutory remedy that must legally be provided.

Renas Academy may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect account security
  • Investigate suspected misuse
  • Address a payment issue
  • Prevent serious disruption
  • Respond to misconduct
  • Protect other students
  • Protect systems

Any action will remain subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

76. Termination

Your relationship with Renas Academy may end when:

  • You complete your program
  • You withdraw
  • Your enrollment is terminated according to applicable policies
  • A service period expires
  • Both parties agree to terminate
  • A program is cancelled

Terms relating to matters such as intellectual property, confidentiality, outstanding payment obligations, dispute resolution, and legal rights may continue where their nature reasonably requires survival.

77. No Waiver of Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate a consumer, student, privacy, accessibility, human-rights, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory provision of applicable legislation, the mandatory provision will apply.

The remaining Terms will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

78. Consumer Protection

Students and customers may have rights under applicable consumer-protection laws. These rights can vary depending on:

  • The type of transaction
  • How the agreement was entered into
  • The nature of the service
  • The jurisdiction
  • Applicable statutory exceptions

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that legislation makes mandatory.

79. Governing Law

Subject to any mandatory laws that apply based on your location or circumstances, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.

80. Disputes

If you have a concern about Renas Academy, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. A concern may relate to:

  • Enrollment
  • Payment
  • Course delivery
  • Instructor experience
  • Student conduct
  • Career services
  • Refunds
  • Technical issues

We aim to address genuine concerns reasonably.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer or student from using a court, regulator, complaint process, statutory remedy, or other mechanism available under applicable law.

81. Informal Resolution

Before beginning formal proceedings, either party may attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith communication. This may involve:

  1. Written notice of the concern.
  2. Review by an appropriate Renas Academy representative.
  3. Exchange of relevant information.
  4. A reasonable attempt to find a resolution.

Informal resolution does not eliminate either party’s legal rights.

82. No Mandatory Waiver of Court Rights

These Terms do not require a consumer to waive access to a court or another legal remedy where such a waiver would be prohibited or unenforceable under applicable law.

Any dispute-resolution arrangement will be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer protections.

83. Severability

If a court or other competent authority determines that part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally permitted.

84. No Waiver

If Renas Academy does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily mean that the provision has been waived.

Any waiver must be interpreted according to applicable law and the circumstances.

85. Assignment

You may not transfer your personal course enrollment to another person without authorization from Renas Academy.

Renas Academy may transfer contractual rights or obligations as part of a lawful corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale, or other transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.

86. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable enrollment agreements, payment agreements, program-specific terms, policies incorporated into an agreement, and the Privacy Policy, may constitute the agreement governing your use of applicable Renas Academy services.

Statements made outside those documents will not modify a written agreement unless they legally form part of that agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.

87. Changes to These Terms

Renas Academy may update these Terms as its business, technology, programs, or legal requirements evolve.

The date at the top of the page identifies the latest version. Changes generally apply prospectively.

Material changes will not be used to remove rights that have already vested under an existing agreement where doing so would be prohibited by law.

Where legally required, additional notice or consent will be obtained.

88. Previous Versions

Renas Academy may retain previous versions of these Terms for record-keeping purposes.

If you need information about terms that applied to an earlier transaction, you may contact us.
